A pretty Antique Victorian sentiment ring from the late 19th Century fashioned in 18ct Gold with a line of colourful gemstones across the front which spell out the word “Adore” with each first letter – Amethyst, Diamond, Opal, Ruby, Emerald.
Sentiment rings or ADORE rings were popular in the Victorian era and used to express a secret romantic message to their loved one spelt out in gemstones, reminding them that they ‘Adored them’ and always will.
